In accordance with our Bylaws you are invited to join us for the CAI San Antonio Chapter Annual Meeting which will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at Camp 1604 (5535 N Loop 1604 W, San Antonio, TX 78232) beginning at 4:30 pm.

The purpose of this meeting will be to:

• Elect two Board Directors for our Chapter (1 Community Manager and 2 Business Partners)
• Provide an update to the members on the State of the Chapter,
• To transact any other business which may properly come before those assembled

Below for your review are the slate of nominees for the Board of Directors, each serving a 3 year term beginning January 1, 2023. Please note, that the bylaws were amended in 2021 and this year's Annual Meeting and nomination process reflects those changes.
