2024 SOUTH TEXAS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS EXPOSITION (Formerly CA Day) IS A ONE-DAY BUSINESS-FOCUSED EXPERIENCE FOR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION PROFESSIONALS, VOLUNTEERS, AND THEIR KEY PARTNERS. THIS EVENT IS THE PLACE WHERE RELATIONSHIPS ARE CREATED AND IDEAS ARE BORN INTO ACTION!

SCHEDULE
This event begins with a continental breakfast and three educational presentations per block in the morning, followed by lunch, annual membership meeting, attorney panel and exhibits in the afternoon. Be sure to stick around for our after-party!

10:45 am - 11:40 am — Breakout Sessions (Insurance, Covenant Enforcement, Board Governance/Corporate Transparency Act)

11:45 am - 12:45 pm — Buffet Lunch, Annual Membership Meeting, and Attorney Forum

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm — Exhibit Floor Open   

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm — After Party/Reception

*Suitcasing Policy
Our exhibitors spend a lot of money to participate in the annual Tradeshow. CAI has a no-tolerance policy regarding suitcasing, which describes the practice of non-exhibiting companies or individuals soliciting sales or sales leads on the Tradeshow floor, in any session or networking reception, or anywhere within the event venue during CAI‘s annual Tradeshow. Interpretation of what constitutes suitcasing is at the sole discretion of CAI‘s Board of Directors. Violators of these policies will be removed from the event and risk being prohibited from exhibiting at a future Tradeshow
