 As an Association Manager, you will manage a portfolio of communities in the RGV. All the communities are developed by Rhodes and are controlled by the declarant Board. You will enforce and follow the covenants in accordance with state and POA law, maintain the common areas, meet with new owners and work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the community is operating efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to become familiar with Association management from the Developer conception. This position reports to the Director of Association management. 

Duties include: 

  • Manage Portfolio
  • Manage common amenities
  • Perform weekly inspections
  • Process weekly violations
  • Respond to service issues with work order requests
  • Contact contractors for bids
  • Monthly property audits
  • Welcome meetings for closings
  • Process ARC forms
  • Approve expenses
  • Enforce governing documents
  • Return phone calls and emails
  • Effectively communicate with homeowners, residents, vendors, and Board


Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Minimum of 1-3 years of HOA or Property management experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction
Computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems
Possess time management skills
Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Problem solving ability
Ability to multi-task and remain focused
Ability to maintain calm in a high stress environment
Speak, write, and read English
